One of my favorite things to do with my art is to find new products to display my art on. I enjoy having other companies print some of the products so that I don’t have to have all the equipment to make everything. I use a company called Printify to do that printing. They don’t actually do it all, but they have companies all over the world they work with to get your product to you.
But, I really enjoy doing as much of the process myself as I possibly can, and as much as is monetarily feasible. Consequently, the sublimation printer that my husband got me for Christmas has been a fun way to get my art onto a bunch of different materials fairly easily.

I recently ordered towels, which I’ve already sublimated on, as well as ornaments, which I have played around with but never made any large quantity of. I am excited to get started making more ornaments by the end of this week.
Yesterday I also got earring blanks, and so today, with all the rain, I decided it was a great day to stay inside and work on some of these projects. I started off with some towels just to make sure everything worked correctly, and then I resized several of my pictures to fit on the tine earrings. It was a fun afternoon, and I only messed up one earring so far.
I enjoy painting, but the creative outlet of utilizing what I’ve painted in numerous different ways I find to be a great creative outlet as well. It’s been a fun afternoon with only a tiny learning curve today. I am excited to get the rest of my blanks and have more options at the market this summer.
