Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Stephanie Richey Art, I want you to love your purchase as much as I loved creating it! Every item is made with care and attention to detail, but if something isn’t quite right, I’m here to help.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Because of the nature of certain items (like digital downloads, subscription content, or personalized pieces), I can’t accept returns for those.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please send an email with photos to [your email address] within 7 days of delivery. I’ll happily replace the item or issue a refund.
Refunds
Once I receive your return, I’ll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact me first so we can ensure the new piece you’d like is available. Exchanges must meet the same return conditions listed above.
Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions (for art prints, note cards, or digital memberships) can be cancelled anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it is considered final and non-refundable.
